TIME LOOP COLLECTION

ABOUT THE COLLECTION

We collaborated with two artists - Kayla Myers & Nick Zaremba - connected to the Endstate community in Boston. Each artist created 25 one-of-a-kind, hand-painted 3hoodies around the theme: "Time operates in cycles, where past, present, and future intertwine."

Each Time Loop collection hoodie features a label on the sleeve embedded with an NFC chip that when scanned provides a digital certificate of authenticity. The chip is also encoded with exclusive content recorded by the artist specifically for the owner of each unique piece of wearable art.

about the artists

NICK ZAREMBA

Based in Massachusetts, Nick Zaremba's dynamic and engaging artwork spans a diverse range of mediums, from graphic art and illustration to painting, animation, video creation, print publication, and site-specific murals.
With a style that boldly encapsulates the essence of playfulness and whimsy, Zaremba's artwork draws inspiration from his pre-internet interests, such as skateboarding, DIY culture, graffiti, nature, counter-culture, and cartoons. His vibrant and adventurous spirit shines through in his work, captivating and inspiring viewers with his unique perspective and vision.
Endstate co-founder Stephanie Howard met Nick through a bit of a time warp. She noticed his street art around Boston in the mid-'90s and bought a painting of his when spotted in a store. In 2019, after looking him up on Instagram, Stephanie DM'd Nick about the painting. He, in turn, noticed that she was the designer of the New Balance 850 sneaker that was re-releasing at Bodega, where he was working in Marketing. A serendipitous connection was made!

KAYLA  MYERS

Kayla Myers, a Boston-born painter, animator, mixed media, and graffiti artist who works in large format, creates bold and colorful artwork. Drawing inspiration from Expressionism and focusing on urban modification, Kayla translates her observations of the ever-changing world around her onto canvas in a distinct way.
After being interviewed by Bodega for their editorial about her design of the New Balance 850, Endstate co-founder Stephanie Howard went to the store on launch day. There, she met Kayla and learned that she was an artist. Eager to follow a woman artist's journey, Stephanie found Kayla on Instagram and fell in love with her work. A serendipitous connection was made!

WASH AND CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Your 3hoodie is a wearable work of art. To preserve the unique design and quality craftsmanship, we recommend the following care instructions:
  • Spot-Cleaning Only: Due to the hand-painted nature of these hoodies, machine washing is not recommended. Instead, please spot-clean any stains or marks using a mild detergent or gentle cleanser.
  • Gentle Handling: When spot-cleaning, use a soft cloth or sponge and dab the affected area gently. Avoid rubbing or scrubbing to prevent damage to the artwork.
  • Air Dry: After spot-cleaning, allow the hoodie to air dry in a cool, shaded area. Avoid direct sunlight and high heat to prevent color fading.
  • Handle with Care: Treat your 3hoodie as you would any delicate piece of art. Avoid sharp objects or rough surfaces to prevent damage to the painted surface.
